Emerald Gecko – Havelock was opened in 2005. A real eco-resort which was largely constructed with bamboo rafts which floated all the way from Myanmar! We offer simple beach living Robinson Crusoe style…no frills but with all the necessities such as mosquito net, ceiling fans, outlets for charging, hot water by bucket self-service at the hot-water boiler, free Reverse Osmosis drinking water refills. NO A/C, NO TV!!! Our carbon footprint is small…help to reduce plastic!!
